What is an escaperoom?
An escape room is a space from which you must escape within a set time. You do this by solving riddles and puzzles. We’re taking the concept of an escape room to the next level. For us, it’s not about escaping within the given time; it’s about escaping reality. For 90 minutes, we’ll take you on a captivating journey through a compelling story, using light, sound, and technical effects. During these 90 minutes, we want to ensure you find yourself in a completely different world, where you can be amazed and astonished!
With how many persons can we play?
Molly’s Game is playable for teams of 2 to 5 people.
We make NO exceptions to this. For the best experience, we recommend a team of 4. The fewer players, the greater the challenge.
What is the cost of your escaperoom?
The fixed price for Molly’s Game is €199,99.
How old do you have to be?
The minimum age for playing Molly’s Game is 16+. If you’d like to play with a 14 or 15-year-old, they must be accompanied by at least two adults. This is due to the thrilling elements of the game. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Is your escaperoom scary?
This varies from person to person. One person might find something very frightening, while another might have much less trouble with it. We consider Molly’s Game a Thriller. There are elements in the game that some people might find frightening. Keep in mind that it’s always permitted to inspect the rooms beforehand, but this does, of course, take away the element of surprise.
Where can we park our car?
You can park your car in front of the gate marked “Molly’s Game.” If it’s full, you can park for free in the bend in the road leading to the business park. Do NOT park in front of the gym; these are not our parking spaces.
Can you be reached by public transport?
Absolutely! Our location on the outskirts of The Hague is easily accessible! You have the following options:
– Den Haag Mariahoeve train station (approximately a 13-minute walk from here);
– Voorburg ‘t Loo tram and metro station (approximately an 8-minute walk from here).
For whom is the escape room not recommended?
You must be able-bodied to play our escape rooms. We also advise against heavily pregnant women. Our escape rooms use water-based smoke. Not sure if you can participate? Contact us, and we’ll discuss the options together!
How far in advance should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive exactly 10 minutes early. This allows for a brief introduction and a possible restroom visit.
If you arrive early, please wait outside or, if the weather is bad, in your car. Unfortunately, we cannot welcome you earlier due to spoilers from the previous group. If you are coming by bike, on foot, or by public transport and the weather is bad, you are welcome to come inside. Please be aware that there is a risk of spoilers.
What about safety?
In our escape rooms, safety is our number one priority. The entire escape room is equipped with emergency buttons, cameras, and microphones to ensure a safe game. Your Gamehost is always watching throughout the game, ensuring your experience is safe and smooth. The doors in the escape room are locked with an electromagnet. We and you can open these at any time by pressing the emergency button. The entire escape room is equipped with emergency lighting and emergency exits, so any escape route is always close at hand and clearly marked. Have any questions about safety? Is there an actor in one of you rooms?
No, we do not use actors.
What language can I play in?
Molly’s Game is playable in both Dutch and English. The entire room is bilingual, so you don’t have to choose between a Dutch and English version.
Can I get something to drink at your place?
Absolutely! After your game, you’re welcome to have a drink and discuss your game with your Gamehost. Arriving a bit early and waiting outside? We can certainly provide you with a drink and a small snack. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to have a drink inside beforehand, due to other groups.
How can I pay?
You can pay for your game online in advance. This is necessary to confirm your booking. Have you had a drink with us? Then you can only pay by card.
Is there air conditioning?
Absolutely! The entire escape room, including the reception area, is air-conditioned. You’ll also have fresh air throughout the room thanks to a built-in ventilation system.
Can I inspect the room beforehand?
Yes, this is permitted. Be aware that this takes away the element of surprise. Would you like to inspect the rooms? Please let us know in advance by contacting us.
Can one of us watch the game in the controlroom?
No, this isn’t possible. This is due to the work of our Gamehosts and certain trade secrets. NO exceptions are made to this.
